Mr. Hassan Duale is the representative of the Principal Secretary State Department of University Education and Research. He is a member of the Kenya Association of Educational Administration and Management. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Education Management and Administration and Master’s Degree in Business Administration

Mr. Duale has 20 years of experience in education administration and management cutting across the field administration.
